Townhouse: $325 for up to 1500 sq.ft. (Each additional 500 sq.ft.: +$30)
Condo: $285 for up to 1000 sq.ft. (Each additional 500 sq.ft.: +$30)
Additional small buildings: Starting at $30 (based on square footage)
Additional fees for age of home (for every 1500 sq.ft.): Over 25 years old: + $30, Over 35 years old: +$40, Over 50 years old: +$65, Over 75 years old: +$80, Over 100 years old +$100
Crawlspaces: +$30 per 500 sq.ft.; + $30 per each separate area
Outside normal service area (over 40 minute drive each way): +$30 per 15 minutes additional drive time
Sprinkler check - run system and note visible issues (not available when winterized) - starts at $40, additional fees for larger lawns/ more than 5 zones
Additional trips (re-inspection for seller repairs, or for an inspection item that was not able to be inspected during the first inspection trip) - starts at $100

48 hour test: $200; Package with inspection and save $35. Additional fees for over 40 minute drive.

Scanning with a thermal camera to find deficiencies in the home's insulation and moisture resistance: $225; Package with inspection and save $50

$200 for 1 sample, additional samples $60/ea. Package with inspection and save $50 on asbestos test total

$150 for 2 locations within the home, additional samples $25/ea (lead paint testing only available with inspection)

$300 per site visit (2 samples), additional samples $80/ea (discounted with inspection)
